All fees will be outlined in your engagement agreement. Payment terms are due as specified and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. For sprints or fixed engagements, rescheduling requires at least 5 business days’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

We treat all client information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Likewise, you agree not to disclose proprietary materials, methods, or tools shared during our work together.
