REFUND POLICY

At Abey Woods, we deliver premium, high-touch strategic consulting services. Due to the nature of our work — which involves dedicated time, preparation, and customized advisory — all payments are subject to the terms below.

1. Strategy Sprints & Fixed-Fee Engagements

Once payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal, your engagement is confirmed and your session is scheduled. All sales are final and non-refundable, as our team begins preparatory work immediately and reserves time exclusively for you.

If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 5 business days’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated in writing.

2. Retainers & Ongoing Advisory Services

For ongoing advisory or operational support:

• Billing is processed monthly or quarterly via Stripe or PayPal, as per your engagement agreement.

• Refunds are not issued for partial use, early termination, or unused hours within an active billing period.

• You may cancel future renewals with at least 5 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. All services delivered to date remain billable.

3. Digital Products or Templates 

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the instant-access nature of these tools, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. If you encounter a technical issue with delivery, please contact us for support.

4. Payment Disputes

If a dispute or chargeback is filed through Stripe or PayPal, we reserve the right to provide documentation showing the agreed scope of services, terms, and delivery. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute.

5. Exceptions

We may — at our sole discretion — apply payments as credit toward a future engagement in exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergencies, documented hardship). Any such exceptions are one-time, non-transferrable, and not guaranteed.
